D16, W3
8:00 a.m.: Cin. raisen bagel w/cc, iced tea
12:00 p.m.: Turkey on wheat (mustard, ff cheese), low-fat chips
3:00 p.m.: Banana
7:00 p.m.: Bowl tortellini w/grilled chicken, reduced fat parm. cheese w/sauce, iced tea
7:30 p.m.: Animal crackers, iced tea
Water: 3
Exercise: (Planned: Upper body, but may move to Thursday) NONE.
Thoughts: Going to get some stuff at Target tonight, so I might move my upper body to Thursday at the gym where I can use machines. Haven't decided just yet.
Last night at the gym rocked! We went later and I didn't feel like going, but I ended up doing extra stuff like back and abs and felt awesome!
DEPRESSING NEWS: I bought a new digital scale with .5 increments. It says I weight 221.0. So I'm changing my stats. I have no idea what I've lost, what should I do to stay in the competition? Assume 1.5 lb. lost and go from new weight?

If it says you weigh 121 lbs then you have us all beat no matter what you assume you lost the last few weeks! :))

I say you use the new scale, but still keep the weight loss, so if it says 121 :) and you had thought you lost 2 pounds, than your starting weight was 123. Ok? We're not calling that a weight gain.

I agree w/ J. Just say lost 1/5-2 lbs and start fresh w/ the new scale. Maybe make a line that says "Total Lost" if you want
